Her is a review of a few of the Harness Boots That I have seen. reviews on boots taken from amazon and other sites that post reviews.com
The cheapest I have seen are Road Dawg Harness Boots by Guide Gear $49.95

The first thing I noticed about these “bargain” boots is that the unlined shaft has no fold over hem at the top, like every other pair of harness or engineer boots I’ve worn (about a dozen pairs): unsmoothed raw cut leather at the top, with “double stitching” around the circumference for solely cosmetic purposes. That was the only “double stitching” I noticed — all the high stress areas were single stitched. Next thing I noticed was how badly the soles scuff floors. I walked across a friend’s linoleum floor and left NUMEROUS black scuffs across it. These cheap boots wor out fast! Sometimes you get Junk made in China. And no, I did not buy the junk my self, they were a gift from my mom.

This is the second pair I have owned in the past 10 years. While not for heavy work use, the leather is good. So very comfortable.

These boots are the greatest find ever! I will always buy Harley Davidson boots because of the quality and the fit! I wanted a quality pair of boots that did not cost so much to wear for a second pair. I was tremendously surprised at what showed up! Just like harley boots, these are well built and comfortable! {at 1/3 the price}. There is no harley brand on them, but they are basically the same boot! I will buy these boots again if they ever wear out! 6 years wearin’ my Harley’s! I would be happy if I got 2 years out of them because I am very hard on my shoes! At the price of these boots you can buy 3 pair for the price of Harley boots and have a new pair on your feet whenever you choose for those special occasions
Price: $79.95 – $99.99

Got these boots at a great price. I prefer the super thick leather of the ad tec harness boots. Not like Wal-Mart plastic junk I bought last year that made my feet sweat. I’d take a second pair of these.

Boy I cannot believe the selection. Available in black or brown and regular or short harness boots. I bought both the brown harness boots and the black, but I don’t like the short ones. I hope to collect all of the styles. It looks so cool. Only flaw I found is they are always on back order.
